How are you doing with your devotions ? I think if you'd done it every day you'd have a bout 2 weeks left now - or if you're like me and Clay you've got 4 weeks left.

I was so excited to day ! I heard that S. was telling her friend about Jesus. There she was in her room reading Psalm 23 to her friend. She was also asking her mom if she could give her friend one of her Bibles. Wow! She must really know how much Jesus loves her and her friend. - that's Awesome S.
I think that Jesus had a big smile on His face when she was sharing His love.

Easter Eggstravaganza

YES Easter eggs for everyone - but you gotta find them first ! Come to Church on Easter Saturday 10AM for a big Easter Egg hunt and an Easter presentation. Prizes and eggs come see - bring friends and family.

Another kid said YES to Jesus

I'm excited to tell you that another kid siad YES to Jesus - they decided that they were truly sorry for their sin and wanted Jesus to forgive them. And as the Bible promises if we own up to own sin God is ready to forgive us and give us a new start. So, there is one more kid who has made Jesus their king and best friend.
WOW ! The angels are having a party in heaven to celebrate! If you want to say YES to Jesus - to tell him that you're really sorry for the bad things you do and the good things you don't do - you can do that right now just talk to him like He's next to you because He is.
Ask Him to help you to live a life that pleases Him. He loves you and wants to help you so much.

Don't forget to tell someone about what you did ! Maybe your KIDSZONE teacher or me Pastor Dave.

Who let the dogs out ? Who ?

Well ? Who let the dogs out ?

I have to admit I did this morning - I forgot to close the side gate after I took the garbage out to the sidewalk. We were panicking I also have to admit. But it turned out ok becasue my son Clayton was praying for their safe return along with Dawn and myself.

We got James back from the pound - some kind person had picked him up going onto the 401 on ramp - thank God they got him. Our nieghbour behind our home pciked up our other dog Rocky.

So we thanked God for keeping our dogs and everyone else safe.

This week we're handing out Focus on the FAmily Canada Book club fliers so check out the books see one you like then bug your parents to get it for you. Hand it in by Feb 18 and you'll get it in the first week of March. If anybody buys more than one book they'll get a BONUS 50 KIDSZONE dollars.
